Javier’s journey in the world of painting began in the late 1990s. At just 16 years old, he discovered the true value of a hard day’s work, spending his early years mastering the trade and perfecting the craft that would become his life’s passion.
In 2015, with the unwavering support of his wife, Edith, Javier took a leap of faith to launch his own business "J Jaimes Custom Painting." Building on decades of hands-on experience and a reputation for quality he proudly stands behind, the business flourished. By 2022, that growth led to an exciting new chapter: rebranding as Empire Painting.
With close to 30 years of industry experience, Javier brings a rare level of mastery to every job. When you work with Empire Painting, you’re benefiting from three decades of refined technique and a business owner who stands personally behind every project.
Xavier Jaimes

Xavier’s roots in the family business run deep. Since Empire Painting’s early days in 2015, he spent his high school summers working alongside his father, Javier, learning the grit and detail required to deliver a professional finish. This early "boots on the ground" experience gave him a fundamental respect for the trade that he carries with him today.
Xavier transitioned into real estate, where he spent four years helping families find their dream homes. This experience gave him a unique perspective on how a quality paint job directly impacts a home’s value and a buyer’s first impression. Now, as our Sales and Account Manager, Xavier combines that market expertise with the discipline he maintains as a member of the US Army Reserves. He is obsessed with precision, clear communication, and ensuring every client receives an experience that is as flawless as the final coat of paint.
